Debbie Bolton
Debbie Bolton is an authentic communicator, respected leader, and award-winning entrepreneur, recently recognized as one of the top 25 entrepreneurs in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. As a co-founder of Norwex, she brought the company from Norway to North America in 1998 and has nearly 40 years of entrepreneurial experience. In 2008, she received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Business to Consumer Division in the Canadian Prairie Region.
Debbie’s passion lies in empowering women and helping them discover their God-given dreams. As a dream cheerleader, she blends marketplace influence with kingdom principles, sharing heartfelt insights and encouraging others to pursue their unique callings. Her journey includes two decades in pastoral ministry, deepening her understanding of the transformative role of the church.
Debbie travels internationally, sharing her message of hope and empowerment with audiences worldwide. She and her husband, Mike, have been married for 41 years and are proud parents of three sons, two daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren. They split their time between Alberta and Texas.

Lisa is often referred to as a Communication Expert, and Transformation Catalyst because of her ability to communicate in such a way that creates shifts in people's mindsets and empowers audiences to move forward with increased confidence, clarity and impact.

With over 25 years experience, combined with her educational background as a Speech-Language Pathologist (MSc.) and certifications as an Executive Life & Speaking Coach, Lisa specializes in working with highly motivated women who want to expand their leadership capacity and sharpen their communication skills so they can impact more lives.

Michelle Pexa
Michelle Pexa Bio Michelle is passionate about helping people navigate conflict with wisdom, grace, and confidence. With over 25 years of experience as a management consultant in conflict resolution and change management, she brings both practical insight and a heart for transformation.
In addition to her work in the corporate space, Michelle is an ordained minister. Alongside her husband, Fred, she has served for more than 35 years as a senior pastor and ministry leader. A gifted communicator, Michelle is a dynamic preacher, teacher, and trainer who has been a guest and keynote speaker at churches, conferences, and events across Canada and internationally.
Deeply passionate about the ministry of reconciliation, Michelle is the host of the podcast Peace Making on Purpose, featured on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Through her show, she shares faith-driven insights and practical tools to help women break the cycle of unresolved conflict and build healthier, more peaceful relationships.
Michelle and Fred reside in Alberta, Canada. They have three married children and seven grandchildren.

Janelle Conn
Janelle Conn is a wife, mother, and mentor with a deep passion for raising kids to know their identity and live out their God-given purpose. She owned and operated a salon for 25 years, which became a place of connection, encouragement, and ministry to women and the broader community.
For the past 10 years, Janelle has focused on coaching women, families, and athletes, helping them live with intention and stay grounded in who God has called them to be. She is passionate about equipping parents to lead their children with faith, confidence, and clarity in today’s culture.
In addition, Janelle has served for the past 7 years as the Executive Director of a Christian camp, where she has helped create environments for young people to grow in faith, character, and community. Her heart to “mother” extends far beyond her home, impacting the next generation in meaningful and lasting ways.

Jackie MacLeod
Jacqueline has a Masters in Counselling Psychology, is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC), and is a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Jackie brings into her practice past professional experience as a Child Care Counsellor (Level II) at a treatment center for delinquent youth, ten years experience as a Children’s Pastor and over twenty years experience in prayer and inner healing church ministry.
Jackie has volunteer experience as a Board Member and mentor for Central Alberta Youth Unlimited (CAYU), and as a volunteer at the Calgary Young Offenders Center. Last, but certainly not least, Jackie brings valuable life experience as a wife and mother of three.

Lisa Heape
Lisa Heape is an Apostolic leader in Canada. She is the founder of The Apostolic Resource Centre in Lloydminster, SK.
Her passion is to raise up, train, and send out a supernatural labouring force to build God’s Kingdom. She longs to unite the church of this generation in revelation, impartation, and activation for the end time harvest.
A majority of her ministry is in inner healing and deliverance. She moves in the prophetic gifting, seeing the manifestation of signs, wonders, healings and miracles in the meetings.
Lisa lives on an acreage in Alberta with her husband Kirk, daughter Sarah, two sons Kaden and Micah.

Chelsey Johnston
Chelsey Johnston is a children’s author, special care counsellor, and the founder of Confident Kid Coaching. She is passionate about helping children — especially neurodivergent kids — build confidence and learn to express their thoughts and emotions in healthy ways.
With experience supporting both children with special needs and high school students, Chelsey brings a unique blend of professional insight and creativity to her work with families.
She lives in Greenfield Park, Quebec with her husband Ben and their two sons.

Heather Paton
Heather Paton is a wife, mom of five, and grandmother who has spent years building people—in gyms, churches, and everyday life. As a coach and speaker, she’s passionate about helping women break free from shame and step into the fullness of who they were created to be.
Through her work in fitness and faith, Heather has learned that true strength isn’t just physical—it’s built in the quiet decisions to show up, do hard things, and keep going.
Her heart is to create spaces where women feel seen, challenged, and empowered to live strong from the inside out.
